The first thing you should do is, clean the furniture of your house and the bed very minutely. You should at least wash your bedding once a week with hot water. This removes the dust from your house and you can easily keep your bed neat and clean. It’s better to add cider vinegar to the wash cream. It fights well with the dust mites and cleans the furniture very meticulously.

It is quite obvious that wood collects dust. Instead of sprays you need to clean them with oils. It is also healthy to breathe. Sprays can often be prone to allergy.

Often take fresh fruit juices with few drops of honey. A lemon juice combined with honey soothes your throat and free you from allergies.

You can also remove allergy with some meditation techniques. Regular mental exercise increases the immune system of your body. Just relax at one corner of your room and start meditating. Darken your room and close your eyes. Keep your mind absolutely free of any unwanted thoughts. Now start breathing slowly but steadily. Count on every breath you take. Count till 100. At first you will have concentration problem in doing it. However, regular practice makes you perfect and with deep meditation, you can get rid of allergy.
