*****

“This cookbook is great! I was happy to see so many great gluten free recipes all in one place for easy reference. The majority of them do not call for any fancy ingredients either. I really like the author’s style too.”
- Luke Bishop

*****

“I love making healthy foods for my family and this book has a lot of great recipes. I’m a huge fan of coconut so I couldn’t resist making the coconut muffins listed in the book and they are wonderful! I also enjoyed the easy way it is written and comments from the author made it more interesting than just a collection of recipes.”
- Lee Dobbins

*****

“It’s about time someone put together a collection of gluten free recipes for breakfasts. This makes mornings a lot easier. The recipes are great and it’s so nice to know that I can still have pancakes and crepes. Delicious!’
- Ann Roszak

*****

“I really appreciate the ideas that she put forth in this recipe book. I am just starting to go gluten free. My husband thinks it’s too much work. I never really thought about how many breakfast food are available; all I could think about was how many things I couldn’t eat, like toast, pancakes and that sort of thing. But I am excited to try some of these recipes – they look amazing.
The only thing that would make the book better would be to have more pictures. But I’m glad I got it.”
- Susan “mag-reader”

*****

“It’s difficult for me to balance my busy work schedule and feeding my family well – especially since I’m gluten intolerant! Sometimes I just grab-and-go, even though I know it’s not the best thing for my health. This book gives me hope. I can still eat muffins, crepes, and other baked goods! And the recipes are thoughtful and easy to follow. Thanks Suzanne! Please write more!”
- Grace Darby (Aquaman)

Everyone wants good health. So we are more cautious about our health and body. But even if you took great care about your body, most people still have to face some allergies. This can be due to different foreign materials or substances. Yet, these food allergies are the exaggerated immune reactions to common substances. Sometimes they are swallowed, injected or inhaled and sometimes an allergy may touch the skin. Allergies can make a healthy person feel very miserable, indeed.

We know that most allergies can be caused by environmental substances like grass, tree pollens, mold spores, dust mites and sometimes typical animal dander. In some of the cases, food is the reason for the allergy. Many people are often looking for peanut allergy cures, as peanut allergies are a common food allergy.

In our market, different types of allergy remedies are available. In our medical stores we can get capsules and syrup as an instant remedy. Yet we have to think about some naturopathic allergy remedies.

Before healing allergies, one must find out the correct reason for the allergy. This involves identifying the substance a person is allergic to and eliminating them from the diet and environment.

  1. Try to avoid bleached flours and all the substances made with it. This is a very prime thing about to avoid allergies. It may be the key remedy to allergies.
  2. Avoid all types of frozen pre-packaged foods. It may cause production of different type virus and may cause body infection. So, try to avoid all types of processed foods for better life.
  3. Avoid white sugar. White sugar contains chemical substances. It may be very toxic to your health and body. So please avoid all white sugar.
  4. While you are selecting any meat products as food, just be more vigilant. All commercially grown animals are exposed to high levels of pesticides, antibiotics and steroid sources.
  5. We know that all vegetables and fruits are made with chemicals. So rinse all fruits and vegetables before use. You have to wash it with hot water to improve its quality and away from allergic materials or foreign bodies.
  6. If you found any substance or foods may cause an allergy, then try to avoid those things which contain this allergic substance.
  7. Try to prepare your meals and other foods by using organic, fresh and good quality products. This may improve your food style and can save you from food allergies.
